Yan Kai is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard University. Yan’s research is focused on integrating omics data from different modalities (e.g. ChIP-seq, Cut&Run, ATAC-seq, scRNA-seq, Hi-ChIP etc) and developing novel computational methods to decipher the gene regulation mechanisms during development and in diseases such as cancer.
